BEAUTY

Self-fruitful. Semi-dwarf Citation rootstock. 250 chilling hours. Large, bright red skin, amber flesh tinged with red.  Good pollinizer. More productive at the coast than Santa Rosa. Ripens early June.

 

BURGUNDY

Self-fruitful. Semi-dwarf Citation rootstock. Maroon skin and semi-freestone flesh. Sweet, with little or no tartness and a very pleasing mild flavor. High taste test scores. Prolonged harvest, mid-July to mid-August. Very productive. Narrow, upright habit. 400 chilling hours.

 

ELEPHANT HEART

Large, heart-shaped fruit with sweet, juicy, richly flavored, firm red flesh. Dark reddish-purple mottled skin. Pollinate with Beauty or Santa Rosa. 500 chilling hours.
