Leaves, zest and fruit are used in
Thai, Cambodian and Indonesian cooking. Highly aromatic fruit are small
andbumpy and produce little juice.

Fruit July - December. Very aromatic.
Also known as the Bartender’s Lime, Key Lime, or West Indian Lime. Few
to many seeds. Standard 12-15’, Semi-Dwarf to 6-8’

Fruit bears mostly in fall and winter.
Fruit is small, orange-red. Juicy, acidic. Also called and acid
mandarin. Used for making punches or sweetening fruit drinks. Many
seeds.
Low growing with few thorns.
SWEET LIME
(Palestine)
Fruit ripens in winter. Ripens yellow
with shape like a Valencia orange. Very tender, juicy and acidless. Few
seeds. Rind oil has a distinctive aroma. Standard 15-25’, Semi-Dwarf

An acidic citrus from China. Moderately
vigorous, upright habit. Acidic, moderately juicy, pleasant citrus
aroma. Used as a lemon substitute. Used in Japanese cooking and beauty
products.
Fruit shape is flattened and irregular
